Jacob is 10 months old. I look forward to when he's a "year age" so that it doesn't seem like he's getting old so fast (right? I'm sure it works that way ... right?). This past month he has honed some of his old talents, like: picking up food with his fingers like it's nobody's business -- I'd go so far to say that he enjoys eating real food more than the "mush"! -- so far we've tried real cheerios, pears, small baby peas, sweet potato, avocado, pasta, and banana; he actually sips from the sippy cup (only to drool all the water out down his chin); he is starting to attempt to pull up on things and he doesn't fall over completely flat on his face anymore going from sitting to stomach position; he pulls up on all fours; he scoots around using his arms and legs instead of rolling from place to place; he has been sleeping from around 7:30pm - 5:30am straight for a few weeks in a row!!; and he can make about 15 different and unique raspberry noises to express various forms of frustration, happiness, boredom, and sleepiness (thanks a lot Memaw and Nana).
