Whoops, It's December - Millie's 3rd Birthday Edition

Well, time has just flown by and I'll be rewinding the clock in a few future posts, but today we'll stick to the present so as to not get even further behind.

For the Record Books:
Amelia is THREE! There are many many many many words I'd use to describe her, like, spunky, imaginative, dramatic, dainty, wild, resourceful, aware, confident, full of life, talkative, bossy, nurturing, stubborn, and funny. She already answers with a lilt at the end when she's not happy with you ("Whyyyyyy-yah?"). She's thrown herself on the floor crying (or screamed at the top of her lungs repeatedly) in public more times this year alone than another kid I have, combined. (Not that I'm comparing.) She loves the movie Frozen, the song "Let it Go" from Frozen, Elsa from Frozen, to dress up in the Elsa costume from Frozen and then to sing "Let it Go." She likes dolls and every other Disney story, and to dress up fancy. She loves to dance, sing, do puzzles, legos, and play Nerf with her brothers. She's a fantastic helper and she likes to cook. She used to love to sleep, but then we got rid of her pacifier in September (why oh why?!!!) and she immediately stopped taking her normal 2 hour nap and also stopped asking us to put her to bed please at 6:30pm while walking herself up the stairs to her room. Now she doesn't want to miss the "party" and in her mind there's always a party going on somewhere in this house. So, that's Amelia at 3, to put it briefly.

I realize 26 pictures is overkill, but she's had a lot of fun this year:

Ask her to tell you the balloon story someday.

This is how she tells you she's done listening to you, "shhhh. stop talking."

We just love our little Amelia aka Millie C. aka Millie.
