Well, this is a timely post since it's actually snowing outside right now (for what I guess is the third snow).
Starting off this holiday season, the boys and I went to a Richmond peeps family gathering. I hadn't been in over 5 years so was looking forward to introducing the boys to many on Memaw's side of the family. Well, introductions lasted about 5 minutes, the rest of the time I was out in the backyard with them in the extremely cool temperatures while they ran off all the energy they apparently decided to store up all day. I did manage to get a pic with Aunt Nancy and Jerry prior so it was not a complete fail.
Then we headed back home in time for the first snow of the season. It didn't produce a very impressive amount of snow but the boys still got two days off school and we fit in a good amount of sorta snowy/muddy/grassy sledding and makeshift snow/mud/grassboarding (video below).
